On campus graduation is back!
Graduation applications are now open for the Winter 2021 ceremonies. You can choose to attend your graduation at any of the campuses.

Registration for the Malaysian ceremony will open in December 2021.
The Edinburgh MBA ceremony is on the 9th of December at 10.30am and all other awards (DBA, PhD, MSc, specialisms) are on the 9th of December at 1.30pm.
For Dubai, the ceremony for all awards is on Sunday 28th November at 6.30pm.
Please note that due to covid restrictions at the time of your graduation, Heriot-Watt University (HWU) will advise you on the protocol to be followed at each venue prior to your ceremony date.
If you graduated in 2020 or Summer 2021, the student records and awards team will contact you directly via the personal email address you have on record.
If the dates this Winter are not suitable for you, HWU will also be arranging additional ceremonies in June and July 2022 to mark the end of the bi-centennial celebrations.
You can also choose to graduate in absentia if you cannot attend the winter graduation session. You would then be able to attend a future ceremony in 2022/23.
Lastly, you can choose to delay in attending the winter graduation session if the dates do not work for you and graduate for the first time at a ceremony in 2022/23. If this is your choice then you do not need to do anything further, you will just be contacted again in the run-up to summer 2022.
